Associate, Career Track in Executive Search
Riviera Partners, the premier executive search firm

funds, seeks an Associate for its Apprentice program.
As
an Associate, you will provide full research and support
services for the firm's partners, including market sector
and company research, resume and data management, new
client development, talent representations, networking
events production, project tracking & management
and overall technology market intelligence pertaining
to venture funding and new start-up activities and trends.
Modeled
after the famous William Morris Agency's "mailroom"
operation, which focused on the entertainment industry,
Riviera Partners' Apprentice program focuses on venture-funded
technology companies and is the ideal way for young
professionals interested in the human capital dynamics
of emerging growth businesses to learn the craft of
executive search and placement.
We
seek college graduates in business and technology concentrations,
with at least 3 years of work experience. Special consideration
will be given to Veterans with technology expertise
& excellent people skills.
Riviera
Partners is located in Los Angeles and Palo Alto, California.
Southern California candidates preferred.
Salary + bonus, with performance track to earn your
own desk in the firm.
